Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services supporting millions of players. Lead integration between Apex Connect and theHunter: Call of the Wild, own core backend domains, contribute to architectural roadmaps, and collaborate with cloud, DevOps, backend, and stakeholder teams. The role involves hands-on programming, reliable service development, and technical strategy across Go-based services with supporting technologies.

Lead a team of character artists and translate the Art Director’s vision into high-quality game visuals, specializing in realistic animal and creature design. Oversee asset quality, productivity, delivery, workflows, and pipeline improvements while collaborating across disciplines. Provide mentorship, performance support, and people management throughout the employee lifecycle. Contribute hands-on when needed to guide artistic consistency and solve production challenges.

Maintain and optimize server infrastructure, autobuilders, and testers; install and configure Dell and Supermicro servers; automate provisioning with Ansible and Terraform; and manage monitoring and alerting using Zabbix and Telegraf. The role also supports playtest and streaming setups, hardware troubleshooting, IT support, configuration changes, and procurement. Preferred experience includes cloud technologies, Perforce, Windows Server administration, web and proxy servers, load balancers, and Python or PowerShell scripting.
