Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and KPI analysis for business units and game projects. Develop dashboards and reports, support month-end close, audits, ad-hoc analysis, and process improvements to drive financial performance.

Part-time People Coordinator responsible for coordinating monthly Swedish payroll for ~400 employees, ensuring accurate payroll input and deadlines. Manage payroll-related HR administration including time and absence reporting, benefits, sick/parental leave, pensions, insurance, expenses, and provide employee-facing HR support. Work closely with external payroll provider, Finance, managers, and report to the Head of Talent. Role is temporary, on a hybrid schedule tied to payroll cut-offs.

Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data systems, ensure data quality and documentation, collaborate with analysts and product teams, perform code and SQL reviews, and monitor performance and availability of big-data infrastructure.
