Manages implementation timelines and deliverables, analyzes test data, troubleshoots issues, gathers technical requirements, collaborates with development on enhancements, trains stakeholders, mentors analysts, and serves as a subject matter expert for multiple products and features.

Designs, implements, and maintains cloud and on‑prem network infrastructure with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible), supports AWS environments, builds CI/CD pipelines, authors technical documentation, troubleshoots escalations, and collaborates with Cloud Architects and product teams in a remote Agile environment.
