Lead strategic revenue growth and relationship expansion across large payer accounts through consultative, executive-level selling. Manage complex sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM discipline, deliver value-based solutions, and drive account strategy and forecasting.

Manage moderate-to-complex EDI implementations between Availity and external partners: plan and execute integrations, create and run test plans, document requirements, track work in JIRA/Confluence/Salesforce, coordinate stakeholders, mentor analysts, and ensure HIPAA/ANSI X12 compliance.
