Design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and CI/CD. Collaborate with architects, admins, analysts, QA, and stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant (HIPAA/SOX/PII) and maintainable implementations, participate in code and architecture reviews, and support post-release monitoring and troubleshooting.

Own product outcomes and strategy for technically complex healthcare technology products. Define roadmaps, goals, KPIs, and platform capabilities involving APIs, workflow automation, data, eligibility and benefits, insurance discovery, and payer-provider collaboration. Lead cross-functional teams through influence, translate customer and market insights into product decisions, drive adoption, and communicate priorities and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

Provides corporate and transactional legal counsel for healthcare technology operations. Drafts and negotiates technology, licensing, security, privacy, and business associate agreements; advises on cybersecurity incidents, HIPAA/HITECH, privacy laws, payer requirements, and regulatory compliance; assesses legal risks; manages disputes and litigation; develops policies; and partners with security, compliance, finance, operations, and business teams.
