Coordinate and execute core people operations across the staff lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, payroll (multi-country), benefits, and documentation. Lead finance transformation workstreams: manage the UK functional currency transition, improve payments/AP/cards/expense workflows, assess spend/AP platform options, prepare ERP readiness and multi-entity finance design, coordinate vendors and implementation partners, run project management and documentation, and embed sustainable processes to reduce manual work and operational risk.

Lead and execute Germany-focused campaigns against the far-right: design strategy and messaging, run digital and media outreach, mobilize online communities, build political and civil-society alliances, manage events and delegations, and coordinate with German and global teams to drive advocacy and public impact.
