Leads and develops a distributed engineering team responsible for core network management systems, including device discovery and identification. Owns team outcomes, production reliability, scalability, technical direction, delivery, and engineering practices. Partners with Product Management on priorities and roadmap execution, recruits and develops talent, strengthens agile and CI/CD practices, and supports incident and change management.

The Account Executive will manage new business sales for Auvik’s network management software. Responsibilities include prospecting, uncovering customer problems, demonstrating solutions, supporting trials and proofs of concept, developing mutual action plans, managing the sales funnel, tracking activities, and closing net-new opportunities. The role partners with customer success and partner teams while achieving sales quotas in a high-velocity SaaS environment.

Own a portfolio of SaaS customer accounts and drive long-term retention, value realization, adoption, and expansion. Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering. Build adoption and success plans, demonstrate ROI, support change management, deliver customer programs, identify growth opportunities, triage issues, and communicate customer feedback to influence product improvements.
