Prepare for promotion into store management through hands-on leadership training. Support store operations, customer service excellence, inventory and sales management, staff mentoring, P&L analysis, and compliance. Progression to manager expected within 8–12 weeks based on performance.

Support commercial sales and service by assisting customers with product selection and orders, managing billing and deliveries, conducting account visits, generating new business, handling returns and cash procedures, overseeing inventory and vehicle safety, and leading the commercial department when needed.
