Provides regional HR administrative support for retail and field employees, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel record management, uniform and benefits-material distribution, intern administration, relocation coordination, referral bonus processing, savings fund settlements, and housing-related notices. The role requires coordinating HR processes across stores and field operations while maintaining accurate employee information and ensuring timely payments and documentation.

Supports the Regional Human Resources Manager with administrative requests for store and field employees. Responsibilities include managing savings-loan releases, payroll omission reports, promotion letters, employee records, onboarding and offboarding documentation, rehires, relocations, bonuses, satisfaction surveys, employment certificates, benefits and pension requests, and documentation for labor inspections. Provides employee assistance with HR systems and benefits platforms while coordinating records, reports, and legal support.

Supports AutoZone’s commercial sales and service operations by assisting customers, managing orders and billing, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, conducting account outreach, generating new business, and handling returns and collections. The role also monitors vehicle safety, promotes compliance, and leads the commercial department when the manager is absent.
