Lead portfolio analytics and reporting across multiple business units, establishing trusted KPI frameworks, semantic metrics, dashboards, and analytical datasets. Coach analysts, improve delivery standards, reduce manual effort and technical debt, and apply AI-assisted workflows to analysis and development. Partner with engineering, data platform, Finance, and senior business leaders to diagnose performance, resolve ambiguity, and translate operational and financial insights into decisions.

Develop creative strategy and concepts for paid social, YouTube, creator partnerships, and organic content. Write scripts, hooks, and copy; guide AI video production; own creative testing roadmaps; and use campaign performance insights to improve messaging and creative effectiveness. Review creator content, ensure brand consistency, integrate product experiences, and collaborate with paid social and organic teams across international markets.

Leads the Data Platform Engineering team, combining people leadership with hands-on technical direction. Responsibilities include evolving an AWS data platform, improving reliability, performance, security, cost, self-service tooling, data quality, lineage, observability, and Data Mesh governance. The role also integrates AI into data engineering workflows and platform capabilities, while partnering with Product, Analytics Engineering, Governance, and business stakeholders.
