Lead and optimize cross-channel performance marketing across multiple European markets and brands, using AI and generative AI to automate and scale paid social, display retargeting, feed-based campaigns, conversion tracking and data-driven optimisations. Analyse performance, produce actionable recommendations, and collaborate with international teams to improve ROAS and other key metrics.

Lead the Technical SEO strategy and roadmap for a major marketplace. Define standards for crawlability, indexability, structured data, internal linking and Core Web Vitals. Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions, balance SEO-UX-engineering trade-offs, provide technical leadership, and drive automation, experimentation and monitoring.
