Partner with customers and internal teams to drive adoption of AutoRABIT, support Salesforce development and DevOps workflows, protect renewals, monitor health and satisfaction, assist with escalations and product feedback, and contribute to long-term customer value and retention.

The Principal Salesforce Architect leads enterprise architecture and transformation for customers, focusing on CI/CD, Salesforce, and banking, ensuring optimal implementations and driving customer success.
