AutoRABIT Benefits Overview

Provide first-line technical support for AutoRABIT customers, troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and deployment issues, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, maintain SLA-driven communication, reproduce and investigate problems across systems, and support US-hours rotational and weekend coverage.

Owns manual, automated, API, UI, unit, tenant-isolation, and performance testing for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Builds and maintains Selenium or Playwright frameworks, GraphQL and REST tests, Jest and React Testing Library coverage, SQL-based validation, and CI-integrated suites. Performs release, deployment, migration, load, and production validation; analyzes failures; documents coverage and defects; mentors test engineers; and improves testing processes and controls.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems using TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java, GraphQL, and cloud services. Responsibilities include designing APIs and microservices, extending multi-tenant architecture, developing scheduling and work-queue systems, improving testing, performance, and observability, and supporting CI/CD deployments. The role collaborates with product, engineering, and DevOps teams in an Agile Scrum environment, troubleshoots production issues, maintains documentation, and delivers reliable, maintainable software.
