Lead and own implementations and POCs from concept to release. Demo technical product features, translate customer needs into solutions, create onboarding and success assets, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage geographically dispersed client relationships, ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.

Own and improve CI/CD and infrastructure on AWS, strengthen security, increase alerting and scalability, design and implement infrastructure architectures, support deployments (including customer-site installs), collaborate with agile teams, and handle day-to-day operations and monitoring.

Lead and coordinate small and large projects using Agile/Waterfall. Create and monitor tasks and budgets, perform data analysis, manage risks/issues/dependencies, maintain traceability matrices, implement process improvements, and produce presentation documentation. Work autonomously and liaise across teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Design, build, and maintain backend microservices for on-prem and cloud products using Golang/Python/Java. Implement RESTful, containerized services, enforce test-driven development, write high-coverage unit/integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system architecture (databases, message queues, caching).

Design and build low-latency, high-availability Python applications for distributed information extraction, retrieval and data processing of websites/apps. Implement scalable architectures, resolve distributed system issues, collaborate with design team, and maintain test automation integrations and tooling.
