Provides technical support, product recommendations, training, troubleshooting, and sales assistance for Paint, Body, and Equipment products across Eastern and Western South Dakota. Builds relationships with collision repair customers, supports stores and sales teams, assists with inventory and merchandising, collaborates with manufacturers and vendors, and travels extensively throughout the assigned territories.

Designs and maintains training materials, administers the learning management system, coordinates learner enrollment, facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, and evaluates program effectiveness. Partners with internal and external stakeholders, manages content organization and version control, troubleshoots LMS access issues, researches training alternatives, and stays current with learning and development trends.

Build and manage wholesale and retail customer relationships across an assigned automotive parts territory. Prospect for new business, conduct cold calls, promote sales programs, provide product and service guidance, maintain activity records, coordinate call schedules with store leadership, complete training, and support store operations as needed.
