The Senior Partner Manager will develop and manage relationships with strategic agency partners, driving revenue through WordPress VIP and executing growth strategies while collaborating with various internal teams.

Lead building a RevOps function: design systems, data foundations, and processes; own Salesforce and integrations; create dashboards, forecasting, territory and capacity models; operationalize Sales and CS enablement, churn prediction, and merchant health scoring; support pricing, quota, compensation, and executive reporting to drive predictable revenue growth.

The Product Manager will lead growth initiatives, run experiments, build dashboards, investigate metrics shifts, and maintain product documentation, aiming to enhance user engagement and retention.
