Lead BFSI-focused pre-sales and solution architecture for agentic AI and intelligent automation. Drive industry-specific sales motions, own ROI/business cases, design executive workshops, shape high-level APA architectures, scope POCs, enable SE teams, and build vertical playbooks and thought leadership across EMEA.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will develop AI agents, integrate them with external systems, optimize performance, and provide technical guidance for successful customer implementations.

Provide technical support for Automation Anywhere products across cloud and on-prem environments: diagnose issues, analyze logs and workflows, troubleshoot infrastructure/configuration, handle tickets and remote sessions, escalate complex problems, document solutions, and participate in 24x7 rotational shifts to maintain high customer satisfaction.
