The Safety Manager leads construction-site safety initiatives, training, inspections, audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and safety reporting. The role works with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to promote safe work practices across nationwide job sites. Responsibilities include leading safety meetings, responding to safety issues, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and supporting timely project completion. Travel, irregular hours, construction-site activity, walking, stair climbing, and occasional lifting are required.

Leads company-wide safety operations across construction sites, offices, and support functions. Develops safety programs, training, policies, and competency standards; manages Safety Managers; oversees audits, inspections, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and corrective actions. Analyzes safety metrics, partners with executives and project teams, and promotes a proactive safety culture. Requires extensive construction safety experience, leadership capability, regulatory knowledge, travel, and availability for critical safety situations.
