Manage functional safety engineering personnel, laboratory development, prototype shop organization, testing delivery, operational KPIs, budgets, and problem-solving support. The role coordinates with engineering, quality, operations, investigation, and other safety teams while improving laboratory and prototype efficiency, ensuring timely results, prioritizing escalations, and maintaining high-quality standards for automotive safety products.

Design, develop, and deploy industrial digital solutions: collect and model SCADA/MES data, build data pipelines and databases, create ASP.NET Core applications and Power BI dashboards, integrate IoT and industrial equipment, deploy AI agents (Copilot Studio), and lead digitalization projects with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and IT teams.

Develop, optimize, and maintain PLC, vision, and X-ray automation systems to improve process performance, reduce scrap, and ensure repeatability. Manage supplier integrations, implement innovations, support industrial projects and start-ups, and contribute to PFMEA and documentation compliance. Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and robust process parameters for quality and reliability.
