Supports a corporate marketing department and dealership network by managing communications, vendor requests, invoices, budget spreadsheets, marketing spend, digital files, meeting materials, television traffic submissions, Asana tasks, research, reporting, and creative coordination. The role helps maintain efficient daily office operations and requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, computer proficiency, and attention to detail.

Sell new and used vehicles by presenting features and conducting demo drives, closing deals, completing delivery paperwork, coordinating with Service/Parts, maintaining customer follow-up for repeat business, and complying with federal/state/local retail auto sales laws.

Manage finance and insurance (F&I) processes for vehicle sales: sell F&I products, ensure accurate and timely funding paperwork, communicate with banks, supervise sales staff, and monitor program changes to support dealership sales and funding.
