The Implementation Consultant will guide new customers during onboarding, manage projects, configure the platform, deliver training, and foster ongoing customer engagement for successful adoption of AutogenAI.

Own and execute global B2B SaaS demand generation: plan, launch, and optimise paid and inbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, HubSpot), run ABM and lifecycle automation, measure attribution and pipeline impact, collaborate with Sales/BDR/RevOps, and iterate via experimentation to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Steward and apply AutogenAI's visual identity across presentations, marketing, events, social, and customer communications. Own design projects end-to-end from brief to final execution, maintain brand systems and organized assets, manage workflow independently, and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality, consistent design output.

Build and improve application and developer infrastructure for a FedRAMP-high US environment: support US-specific hosting/on-call, enhance auth/RBAC, feature-flag tooling, CI/CD, monitoring, and developer experience while collaborating across engineering teams.

Serve as a domain expert in pre-sales, translating proposal methodology into platform workflows, building demos and PoCs, engaging enterprise proposal leaders, influencing product roadmap, and driving deal progression from qualification to close.
