Lead inbound or outbound logistics operations to meet budget, KPI, safety, quality, and customer experience targets. Manage and develop Area Managers, implement Lean improvements, scale B2B/B2C 24/7 operations, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee talent acquisition and development, and present operational metrics to senior leadership.
