Lead copywriter responsible for developing brand narrative and social-first storytelling across Europe. Write channel-tailored copy for social, video, CRM, and digital touchpoints; set tone-of-voice and content guidelines; collaborate with design and production partners; use AI tools to optimize workflows; track engagement and refine creative to boost customer loyalty.

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of centralized brand campaigns across 27 European markets. Build and optimize creative and marketing operations, implement martech and automation, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies, and deliver data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and scale creative operations using AI tools.

Own development and management of Kits assortment (>100K SKUs), design and implement assortment processes, align cross-functionally (vendor management, supply planning, pricing), participate in supplier negotiations, drive revenue and profitability targets, and support company-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
