The HR Manager will oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Leads a team of 5–10 software engineers, overseeing hiring, onboarding, career development, objectives, mentoring, and performance. Partners with Product Management on vision and quarterly roadmaps, organizes project delivery, removes impediments, and reports status to stakeholders. Contributes hands-on through software architecture, code reviews, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and process improvement. Requires strong technical leadership, project management, architectural expertise, and experience building user-facing products.

The Data Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines, perform data extraction and transformation, and support data analytics across the enterprise.
