Investigates catastrophe property and casualty claims, determines policy coverage and liability, evaluates losses, and issues accurate payments or denials. The representative studies policies, resolves claims, and may participate in arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials. The role requires frequent short-notice travel to catastrophe locations, physical activities such as climbing ladders, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Xactimate.

Develop, test, maintain, and support SAP software applications using ABAP and SAP development tools. Responsibilities include participating in code and design reviews, documenting systems, troubleshooting software errors, and collaborating with users, architects, project leaders, and management. The role is based in Lansing, Michigan, with hybrid work possible after in-person training.

Develop and document business requirements and rules through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing documentation. Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, translate high-level information into detailed requirements, support implementation and training, coordinate high-level testing, and lead cross-functional meetings involving business, technology, and quality assurance teams.
