The Underwriting Support Associate communicates with stakeholders, processes underwriting applications, verifies information, organizes data, and manages renewal endorsements.

Develop, test, maintain, and support software applications. Participate in code/design reviews, produce documentation, analyze and fix software defects, and consult with stakeholders to resolve problems and suggest alternatives.

Responsible for handling entry-level insurance claims under supervision, investigating, evaluating, and settling claims while providing service to agents and insureds.
