Reviews and negotiates vendor contracts to ensure legal, cybersecurity, data privacy, confidentiality, and liability protections. Advises business units on contract processes, privacy compliance, cybersecurity incidents, consumer privacy requests, and corporate legal matters. Develops training materials, presents to stakeholders, and supports policy development. Requires a law degree, bar licensure, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, privacy and cybersecurity knowledge, and proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems.

Reviews medical records and provides nursing expertise to support injury claims investigation, evaluation, treatment utilization, and resolution. Trains claims staff, develops clinical programs, manages healthcare vendor relationships, and negotiates provider rates. Requires an active Michigan RN license, clinical experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role is initially in-person with potential hybrid work up to three days weekly from home.

Handles entry-level auto insurance claims under supervision, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, settlement, documentation, and communication with claimants, agents, attorneys, and third parties. The role includes structured training, policy interpretation, loss-estimation software use, and obtaining required adjuster licenses. Candidates need strong communication, organization, decision-making, mathematical, writing, confidentiality, and customer-service skills, plus a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
