Builds a data-driven Product function to improve availability, inventory productivity, contribution margin, GMROI, and return on invested capital. Oversees supplier relationships, assortment optimization, new product evaluation, pricing transformation, forecasting, analytics, team development, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, logistics, finance, marketing, and technology.

Process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 180–200 employees across multiple locations. Responsibilities include employee onboarding and terminations, deductions, benefits and pension administration, payroll reconciliations, Records of Employment, confidential file maintenance, compliance reporting, employee inquiries, and year-end T4 support. The role requires Canadian payroll knowledge, cloud payroll system experience, intermediate Excel skills, and at least three years of hands-on payroll experience.
