Lead all aspects of Camp Royall: design and run year-round programming, hire and train staff, manage a $1.5M operating budget, oversee property and facilities, coordinate registration and HR, and cultivate donor and community relationships to ensure a safe, inclusive camp experience for people with autism.

Drive donor acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention; manage corporate sponsorships and event sponsorships; represent the organization at events; maintain donor and event records in fundraising systems; track progress toward revenue and sponsorship goals to support statewide fundraising initiatives.

Plan, organize, and facilitate educational, social, and recreational group and community activities for young adults with autism. Provide informal teaching, individual and group support, assist director with program planning, document member outcomes, maintain confidentiality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
