The Chief Financial Officer will lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, compliance, reporting, cash management, audits, and financial systems modernization. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will advise executive leadership and the Board, oversee finance and facilities teams, optimize Medicaid and commercial reimbursement, strengthen financial processes, and use NetSuite, Paycom, and Power BI to improve automation, data integrity, and real-time decision-making.
