Leads institutional franchise development by sourcing and cultivating private equity, family office, lender, and institutional investor relationships. Owns the sales cycle from lead generation through launch, connecting franchisees with growth capital for acquisitions, territory expansion, recapitalizations, succession transactions, and platform investments. Responsibilities include financial modeling, LBO and M&A analysis, capital structuring, deal approval, relationship management, industry networking, and preparing board-level materials.

Processes customer billing, monitors payments and accounts receivable aging, resolves discrepancies, reconciles bank and company accounts, supports revenue reconciliation and audits, and ensures balance sheet accuracy. The role requires strong organization, analytical skills, independence, and collaboration while supporting accounting close for corporate-owned locations.
