Lead licensing business development in LATAM for lifestyle, beauty, and fashion brands. Generate leads, manage pipeline, negotiate and close licensing deals, coordinate with Brand, Legal and Marketing, track activity in CRM, forecast sales, and meet assigned quotas while traveling occasionally.

The Director of Business Development will expand licensing partnerships, increase brand footprint, and drive revenue for Authentic Brands Group, focusing on the EMEA markets.

Design and produce visual assets for global brand campaigns across digital, print, OOH, presentations and pitches. Maintain brand guidelines, support marketing, social and brand experience teams, and create collateral, logos, retail materials, and scalable visual systems.
