Supports HR operations across Switzerland, Germany, the US, and UK, including employment documentation, reference letters, employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS record maintenance, work permit support, and cross-country People projects. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, English and German fluency, and familiarity with Swiss or German employment administration.

The GNC Engineer will develop and maintain guidance, navigation, and control software for the Skynode platform, focusing on drone capabilities and system performance. They will work with teams to troubleshoot issues and support deployments.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team: manage complex calendars and travel (domestic and international), coordinate meetings and materials, handle confidential information, manage expenses and reports, collaborate cross-functionally, improve processes, and work autonomously across multiple time zones.
