Manage the daily operations of a high-energy late-night venue, leading and developing the team, driving revenue, controlling rosters and labour costs, managing stocktakes and variances, and maintaining strong service standards during peak periods, including nights and weekends. The role requires hands-on floor leadership, commercial thinking, financial understanding, and compliance with relevant Queensland venue licensing requirements.

Own marketing strategy for a portfolio of hospitality venues, delivering integrated digital, social, event and local campaigns to drive bookings, F&B sales and venue performance. Manage budgets, coordinate content creation, measure and optimise campaign performance, and partner with venue operators and creative teams to identify growth opportunities.

Lead multidisciplinary design and development projects for hospitality venues from briefing and due diligence through concept, planning, design development, tender, and construction readiness. Manage budgets, programmes, consultant deliverables, procurement, value engineering, risks, approvals, and buildability. Coordinate consultants and internal stakeholders across Operations, Brand, Interiors, Finance, Property, and Delivery while ensuring projects remain commercially viable and aligned with approved scope, customer experience, and operational requirements.
