Own the full lifecycle of fraud and scam prevention products across card and account-to-account payments. Develop propositions, strategies, roadmaps, business cases and controls using customer insight, market intelligence and performance data. Lead cross-functional delivery, launches and optimisation while engaging banks, fraud leaders, technology teams and senior stakeholders. Apply expertise in card fraud, APP scams, account takeover, mule activity, transaction monitoring, intervention and recovery to deliver scalable products across Australia’s payments ecosystem.
