Responsibilities include developing engineers, overseeing functional and non-functional testing, advancing automation and AI-enabled testing practices, improving tools and frameworks, embedding quality and security throughout delivery, and partnering with engineering, product, operations, customers, and vendors.

Business Analyst responsible for gathering and managing requirements, modelling business processes and data, assessing risks and impacts, engaging stakeholders, validating solutions, supporting testing and implementation, and facilitating business transitions. The role works with internal teams, enterprise customers, and vendors across the delivery lifecycle within the payments and financial services industry.

Provides commercially focused legal advice on complex and significant matters, manages legal risks, leads negotiations and cross-functional legal work, advises senior stakeholders, and coordinates external counsel.
