Teams at Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)

Leads the financial accounting function, overseeing month-end and year-end close, statutory and regulatory reporting, taxation, reconciliations, cashflow, audits, and financial governance. Manages and develops the Finance Operations team, provides technical accounting advice, supports budgeting and forecasting, prepares executive and Board reporting, partners with business leaders, and drives finance transformation and continuous improvement.

Own and enhance AFCA’s intranet, Knowledge Centre, SharePoint pages, and employee-facing digital platforms. Create clear, engaging internal communications, campaigns, and resources; improve information access, knowledge sharing, content governance, and user experience. Partner with stakeholders to simplify complex information, support change initiatives, and coach content owners in producing accessible, employee-focused content.
