Manages E3 Alliance’s institutional fundraising and full grant lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal and LOI development, submissions, award management, reporting, renewals, and funder stewardship. Builds and maintains a funding pipeline, forecasts revenue, tracks performance metrics, and ensures CRM data integrity. Collaborates with program, research, finance, communications, and executive teams to translate complex data into compelling proposals and support multi-year funding strategies.

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Advancement team, including high-volume data entry, CRM record maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and fundraising analysis. The role uses Raiser's Edge NXT, spreadsheets, CRM queries, and office productivity tools while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, policies, and constituent data.

Provides vocational and academic instruction to continuing education workforce students, assesses progress, advises students on course selection and goals, supports individualized educational needs, helps develop curriculum, maintains a respectful learning environment, and participates in staff meetings and professional development. The role requires some evening and weekend availability, confidentiality, strong communication, and local Austin-area travel.
