Manages a portfolio of employee benefits clients as their primary advisor and point of contact. Responsibilities include onboarding, renewals, benefits education, claims and billing resolution, coverage transitions, compliance monitoring, record maintenance, client retention, cross-selling, and account growth. The role also involves coordinating with carriers, administrators, employees, analytics teams, and client support while participating in industry networking and events.

Processes employee benefits enrollments, eligibility changes, terminations, qualifying life events, COBRA determinations, and Evidence of Insurability requests. Conducts enrollment and API/EDI audits, resolves discrepancies, maintains accurate records, and coordinates with clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, technical aptitude, and benefits administration experience.

The Marketing Specialist will support marketing strategies and campaigns, create and curate content across social media, analyze performance metrics using HubSpot, develop blog, email, and website content, brainstorm marketing concepts, and assist with administrative tasks. The role emphasizes creativity, communication, collaboration, organization, and hands-on marketing experience.
