Prepares monthly and year-end financial reporting schedules, financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and incurred cost submissions. Analyzes discrepancies, overhead rates, and financial trends; supports DCAA and external audits; monitors lease compliance; and maintains accounting policies and procedures. The role requires collaboration with finance teams, auditors, and government agencies, plus occasional work in shipyard and warehouse environments.

Leads 2D and 3D vessel drawing development, reviews CAD work, and coordinates with designers, engineers, production teams, customers, and suppliers. Supervises or directs junior designers and drafters, provides technical corrections, supports scheduling and training, and creates models from schematics, structural plans, and electrical diagrams. The role requires extensive shipyard, construction, vessel design, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling experience.

Supports chief and project engineers with ERP parts and requisitions, bills of material, procurement data, technical specifications, engineering estimates, documentation, schedules, metrics, and change coordination. Maintains project processes and submits formatted products to Document Control. The role collaborates with engineering, design, purchasing, logistics, production, and project management teams, using tools including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, IFS, and Microsoft Project.
