Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots operational technology hardware, software, networks, and data flows at an additive manufacturing center. Manages OT inventories, integrations, configurations, documentation, security, compliance monitoring, and incident escalation. Collaborates with production teams, subcontractors, and IT while supporting PLC- and SCADA-based industrial systems in a continuously operating environment. Frequent travel within Virginia and occasional after-hours troubleshooting are required.

Sources and negotiates supplier pricing for materials, services, equipment, and subcontracted work supporting proposal bids. Interprets specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and contractual requirements to develop competitive quotation packages. Coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, tracks pricing activities, follows up on quotations, supports bid strategies, and promotes procurement process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and meeting demanding proposal deadlines.

Manage and direct electrical engineering team for naval ship design and construction. Assign and check design calculations and drawings, progress department work, liaise with production, suppliers, customers and regulators, and ensure compliance with maritime standards and schedules.
