Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud and network projects, including planning, business cases, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, resourcing, and status reporting. Lead project kick-offs, coordinate internal teams and suppliers, maintain customer interaction records, support team development feedback, and contribute to Customer Solutions PMO operational and strategic planning.

Designs, builds, and maintains reliable, scalable infrastructure and platforms. Develops automation, improves monitoring and observability, supports production systems through troubleshooting and incident response, and analyzes performance, cost, and utilization. Maintains infrastructure as code, documents systems and incidents, contributes to PHP application reliability, and mentors team members. Collaborates across network, cloud, platform, software, and operations teams.

Handle inbound customer sales calls, identify customer needs, recommend telecommunications products and services, meet call-handling and sales targets, accurately enter customer information into CMS systems, and escalate complaints according to company procedures. The role requires strong communication, organization, computer, data-entry, and customer-service skills in a fast-paced environment.
