Teams at Aurora

Coordinates real-time vehicle movements, dispatch, warehousing, reverse logistics, and freight activities across Aurora’s network. Manages data exchanges among NetSuite, EDI, JIRA, and partner systems while communicating risks, delays, and cost exposure to stakeholders. The role also develops continuous improvement plans, pilots emerging technologies such as AI and automation, and creates interim solutions for supply chain issues. Requires rapid prioritization, strong organization, and proactive coordination with carriers, suppliers, internal teams, and third-party logistics partners.

Drive company-wide budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, long-range three-statement planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partner with executives on Opex, Capex, headcount, KPIs, capital allocation, and Board materials. Improve FP&A governance, systems, automation, and data integrity while presenting financial insights to leadership and managing strategic finance projects across the organization.

Partner with executives and HR leaders to develop compensation strategies, analyze market competitiveness, model pay alternatives, and improve compensation programs. Support compensation cycles, pay equity and transparency initiatives, job architecture, and compensation technology automation. Advise on salary structures, bonus and long-term incentive programs, benchmarking, survey methodology, and internal equity while contributing to Compensation Committee reporting and related projects.
