Partners with Hardware, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and strategic decision support. Builds financial discipline, metrics, executive presentations, and recommendations to optimize capital and resources across complex hardware production and manufacturing operations.

Develop production-grade perception and machine learning systems for Aurora’s autonomous-driving platform. Responsibilities include dynamic-object tracking, multi-sensor fusion, semantic understanding, model research, large-scale data analysis, training-pipeline development, failure analysis, and real-time deployment. The role collaborates across teams to move solutions from prototype to production and improve performance across varied traffic, weather, and sensor conditions.

Owns end-to-end launch readiness for new sites, including master plans, timelines, budgets, cross-functional alignment, team deployment, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and transition to steady-state operations. Leads the development of launch teams, playbooks, and frameworks to rapidly activate new markets and customers while ensuring operational excellence, financial viability, and sustainable local capacity.
