Teams at Aurora Organic Dairy

Implements technical projects and new equipment, programs PLC and industrial network systems, maintains plant automation infrastructure, supports data collection and ERP or factory efficiency integrations, and assists with capital projects and equipment selection. The role coordinates repairs and cross-functional projects, supports SQF compliance, addresses plant technical issues, and may require after-hours availability, plant-floor work, and travel.

Manages Aurora Organic Dairy’s third-party warehouse and shuttle network, including partner performance, capacity, inventory accuracy, costs, invoicing, and service improvements. Leads the coordination team, oversees inventory reconciliation and daily shuttle execution, resolves operational issues, and provides performance and risk visibility to leadership. Collaborates across supply chain, production, sales, customer service, and plant operations in a 24/7 environment. Travel to facilities and 3PL sites is required as needed.

Owns inventory and manufacturing cost accounting, month-end close, product standard costing, budgeting, variance analysis, inventory reconciliation, and financial reporting. Partners with Operations, FP&A, IT, and Finance leadership to improve costing processes, maintain ERP data, develop SQL/SSRS reports, strengthen controls, and automate workflows. Supports external production accounting, audits, general ledger integrity, and management reporting in a complex dairy manufacturing environment.
