Supports the Finance Department through project analysis, construction draw management, property insurance coordination, grant reimbursement administration, budgeting, financial software improvements, research, financial reporting, audit preparation, and account reconciliations. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical and problem-solving abilities, numerical skills, multitasking, report preparation, and effective communication.

Perform financial analysis and support multiple projects for the finance department, manage monthly construction draw and insurance processes, coordinate grant reimbursements, assist with budgeting, software improvements, audit prep, reconciliations, and prepare complex management reports.

Provide peer-based engagement, mentorship, and recovery support to residents of a 43-unit Permanent Supportive Housing site. Use lived experience to build trust, assist with independent living skills, connect residents to benefits and community resources, deliver Medicaid-reimbursable services (min. 25 billable hours/week), document services per Medicaid/HIPAA requirements, join team case conferencing, and support community integration and housing retention.
