Lead and execute internal and external communications, media relations, social media, branding, crisis communications, and content campaigns. Serve as IT liaison managing vendors and tech needs, supervise PR/admin staff, manage department budget, and advise executive leadership.

Perform financial analyses and support for multiple projects, manage monthly construction draws and reimbursements, coordinate insurance and grant reimbursements, assist with budgeting, software improvements, audits, reconciliations, and prepare complex management reports.

Manage compliance and advanced administrative functions for Section 8/HCV programs: conduct file audits, maintain PIC/EIV data, coordinate SEMAP, liaise with HUD and partners, train staff, perform HAP check runs, resolve portability billing, and act for the Assisted Housing Director when needed.
