Applicants must be completing or have completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies within 12 months of starting, demonstrate strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, and communicate fluently in Japanese and English.

Supports Aurora’s bankability programme by monitoring global energy financing activity, coordinating transaction tracking across teams, organizing review meetings, maintaining reporting frameworks, and improving Power BI dashboards. The role analyzes transaction intelligence, ensures data quality, supports financial-institution engagement strategies, and helps communicate Aurora’s financing credentials. It requires strong coordination, analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with an interest in energy markets, infrastructure investment, and project finance.

Design, build, test, release, and support customer-facing software using modern microservices and micro-frontends. Own technical delivery from solution shaping through production, contribute to architecture and engineering quality, collaborate across Gurugram and Oxford, and provide technical guidance to engineers without line-management responsibility. Apply strong testing, code review, CI/CD, operational excellence, and sound judgment when using AI-assisted development tools.
