Own roadmap delivery, architectural decisions, reliability, observability, and privacy-conscious practices. Grow and coach the team, embed agentic AI workflows, and partner with product, design, QE and customer success to deliver real-time, scalable detection capabilities.

Own post-onboarding lifecycle for enterprise customers, driving deep adoption, strategic success roadmaps, QBRs/executive briefings, outcome analytics, expansion opportunities, champion development, and cross-functional advocacy to embed the platform into customers' SOPs and reduce retail crime.

Own ANZ marketing execution with a focus on events and tradeshows. Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, manage vendors and swag, support cross-functional campaign delivery, enable sales/customer success, apply AI and automation to workflows, track ROI and campaign effectiveness, and use tools like Monday.com, Notion, Slack, and HubSpot to maintain project visibility.
