Develops new group-market business for four Orlando airport hotels through direct telephone sales and client relationship management. Owns revenue goals across rooms, food and beverage, meeting room rentals, and other incremental revenue. Represents the hotel portfolio professionally, ensures ethical guest transactions, and applies knowledge of hotel sales, catering, banquet operations, yield management, service standards, and food and beverage operations.

The Group Sales Manager drives hotel revenue by soliciting and closing association and other group business. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, negotiating rates, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating group arrangements with hotel departments, managing client relationships, conducting site inspections and trade-show activities, tracking bookings and lost business, supporting yield management, and resolving service or space issues. The role also contributes to sales planning, market analysis, promotions, reporting, and team meetings.
