The New Accounts Advisor will convert inbound leads into clients, conduct outbound calls, maintain a CRM database, and close sales. Must have strong communication skills and work collaboratively.

Perform hands-on QA: test releases, attempt to break workflows, reproduce and document bugs with clear reports, perform regression and cross-browser/device testing, verify fixes, and implement minor frontend/backend fixes to support developers.

The Inside Sales Representative will qualify, convert, and close leads for gym technology and payment solutions, primarily through phone outreach.
