Owns programme and contract performance reporting, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and governance processes. Analyzes complex, multi-source datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Collaborates with project teams, PMO functions, clients, and stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, manage data access, support governance reviews, and coordinate reporting requirements during critical programme periods.

Manages incoming and outgoing project documentation, including naming, filing, workflows, approvals, distribution, revisions, and version control. Supports technical document preparation and submission, audits document systems, helps improve procedures, and trains staff on document management tools. Collaborates with engineers, CAD technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely document delivery.
