Leads the safe, commercially successful delivery of a major nuclear decommissioning and demolition programme at Dungeness. Accountabilities include strategic programme direction, governance, NEC contract and financial management, procurement, safety, risk, stakeholder engagement, technical assurance, workforce leadership, and delivery across radiological, asbestos, waste, engineering, demolition, and handover activities. The role manages multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners while maintaining schedule, cost, quality, sustainability, and regulatory performance.

Performs jointing and cabling work on high- and low-voltage networks, responds to emergency faults, and participates in an out-of-hours standby rota. Inspects and maintains cable systems, uses testing and diagnostic equipment, follows safety and SHEQ requirements, maintains records, and collaborates with project managers, engineers, and clients. Requires UK DNO experience, recognised LV/HV jointing authorisation, electrical qualifications, a UK driving licence, and several safety and access certifications.

Responsible for site engineering and construction project delivery, including setting out, surveying, quality control, site records, programme coordination, subcontractor monitoring, and technical documentation. Ensures compliance with drawings, safety systems, environmental requirements, and HSQE procedures. Supports lean construction planning, supervises temporary works, prepares risk assessments and method statements, records completed quantities, and coordinates with design and site teams.
