Monitor and investigate security events, perform incident response and threat hunting, manage vulnerabilities, develop detection use cases and dashboards, conduct security reviews and vendor assessments, support security controls implementation, contribute to governance/compliance, and lead awareness and reporting efforts.

Ensure service orders are complete and service-ready before release, validate post-install delivery against design, maintain accurate records across CRM/PSA/ticketing systems, support audits, identify recurring quality issues, and recommend process improvements across Sales, Engineering, and Service teams.

Provide technical sales support for telecommunications customers: design layer 0-3 network solutions, prepare proposals and network topologies, coordinate with engineering and pricing, maintain SalesForce records, support product launches, perform GIS mapping, train and assist on provisioning/installation, and deliver technical portions of sales presentations.
