Provides technical sales support for telecommunications carrier services, including customer meetings, solution design, network topology development, proposals, presentations, pricing coordination, and technical contract discussions. Maintains network and customer records, supports provisioning and installation, researches products, assists with training, and serves as the technical subject matter expert for sales teams and customers.

Own enterprise data architecture across analytical, operational, and integration platforms. Design data models, cloud and hybrid platforms, governance standards, pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes. Partner with technical and business stakeholders, guide engineering teams, evaluate Azure technologies, and ensure security, quality, lineage, scalability, and cost efficiency. Support AI/ML workloads, streaming architectures, CI/CD, monitoring, and regulated enterprise environments.

Processes accurate and timely customer invoices, maintains billing and accounting records, validates contract and billing setup, investigates account activity, and resolves discrepancies. Collaborates with sales, service delivery, customers, and internal teams to address billing inquiries and meet deadlines. The role also requires data entry, electronic record keeping, customer communication, reconciliation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing software.
