Manages territory sales from prospecting and market research through presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Builds client relationships, provides pre- and post-sale support, tracks pipeline activity in CRM systems, meets sales quotas, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions. Requires knowledge of managed IT and telecommunications, strong communication and listening skills, problem-solving ability, CRM discipline, a valid driver’s license, and frequent vehicle travel.

Manage and grow high-value enterprise accounts in the telecommunications and managed services industries. Develop account plans, build C-level relationships, identify expansion opportunities, acquire new business, navigate complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and exceed sales quotas. Lead business reviews, maintain CRM forecasts, provide market insights, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior Account Executives.

Provide Tier 1 technical support through inbound phone, email, and chat channels. Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless communications, account management, billing, upgrades, online orders, and related issues. Document interactions, resolve and follow up on open tickets, educate customers, and escalate complex problems to second-level support. Participate in training, skill development, and short- and long-term project initiatives while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality.
