Leads customer engagement and execution for government and industry defense programs from award through demonstration, delivery, and fielding. Owns schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, contractual commitments, customer relationships, cross-functional coordination, demonstrations, test events, deployments, reporting, and proposal support. Requires strong defense acquisition knowledge, program leadership, communication, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-growing defense technology company.

Own Aurelius Systems’ visual identity and content strategy across YouTube, X, and launch campaigns. Shoot, edit, and publish factory, field-test, founder, product, and long-form film content end to end. Build the company’s brand and narrative around directed-energy defense technology while working closely with engineers and leadership. The role requires frequent travel to Detroit, San Francisco, range sites, and demonstrations, with occasional extended hours during major tests and launches.

Owns mechanical subsystems for ruggedized, field-deployable directed-energy systems, including laser enclosures, beam directors, mounts, thermal management, and precision optomechanical packaging. Performs FEA, builds and runs test rigs, validates systems against shock and environmental standards, correlates models to testing, and supports manufacturing handoff. The role requires hands-on prototype-to-production experience, cross-functional collaboration, field testing, and mentorship of junior engineers.
