Drive adoption of Aurelian's AI products at mid-market public safety agencies by prospecting, owning the full sales cycle, conducting demos, and closing deals typically in the $25K-$70K range. Maintain HubSpot, generate pipeline through cold outreach, learn the 9-1-1 space, and hit activity and meeting targets to advance and close opportunities.

Owner of security posture and compliance program: run SOC 2 and CJIS alignment, harden Azure infrastructure, improve IAM/encryption/logging, automate evidence collection and controls, manage customer security questionnaires, and operationalize personnel security processes (background checks, training, access controls).
