Build and ship software across Aurelian’s AI call-handling, dispatcher tools, analytics, and integrations. Engineers own product outcomes end to end by speaking with customers, identifying problems, defining roadmaps, prioritizing work, and iterating on solutions. The role involves full-stack development, customer visits to 911 dispatch centers, and close ownership of product decisions and delivery.

Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for integrating Aurelian’s platform with customers’ legacy systems, deploying and optimizing solutions at customer sites, troubleshooting real-world technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders. The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong communication, customer partnership, and regular travel. Applicants must have already graduated and be available to start as soon as possible.

Source and attract candidates across engineering, sales, marketing, design, product, and operations roles. Build personalized searches and outreach that reflect Aurelian’s brand and mission, use creative sourcing channels, and maintain high-quality talent pipelines. Partner with the Head of Talent to calibrate profiles, prioritize recruiting needs, and improve sourcing strategies. The role requires organization, adaptability, decisive execution, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
