Provides occupational health and nursing care to employees, including first aid, medication dispensing, emergency response, medical records, fit-to-work clearances, health programs, and clinic management. Coordinates hospital visits, HMO and government health benefits, annual physical examinations, OSH initiatives, DOLE reporting, and workplace illness and injury prevention. Maintains medical equipment and supports employee health, safety, and wellness programs.

Coordinates and administers technical learning programs for early- and mid-career professionals. Responsibilities include managing LMS content and course setup, scheduling sessions, coordinating SMEs and stakeholders, tracking attendance and completion, maintaining learning libraries, supporting translations, performing basic audio and video editing, reporting, and improving learning workflows and processes.

Develop and maintain full stack web applications, plugins, digital tools, and automations for Aurecon’s Transport Group. Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Flask, Docker, and Azure Container Apps. Manage Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, testing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting automation initiatives and mentoring team members.
