Lead major Defence, government, infrastructure, facilities, and building programs in Darwin, managing projects exceeding $100M in CAPEX. Responsibilities include project leadership, client relationships, governance, commercial and contract administration, procurement, risk management, budgeting, delivery controls, stakeholder engagement, business development, and multidisciplinary team development.

Coordinates proposals, bids, tenders, EOIs, and pre-qualifications from planning through submission. Develops and edits executive summaries, CVs, project sheets, capability statements, and other content; manages contributors, timelines, reviews, templates, compliance, and reusable resources. The role collaborates with technical teams and client leaders, maintains quality and brand alignment, and supports continuous improvement. Requires strong writing, editing, organization, stakeholder management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Lead design and delivery of high-voltage substation primary, cable and earthing systems from concept to commissioning. Provide technical leadership across transmission and distribution projects, prepare design reports and power system studies, engage stakeholders, and mentor engineers to ensure successful project outcomes.
