Uses feedback, business insights, and performance data to improve learning effectiveness and demonstrate organisational impact.

Supports the Buildings Leader across Victoria and South Australia by managing complex calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, expenses, approvals, briefings, and executive correspondence. The role proactively coordinates priorities, removes roadblocks, researches client meeting attendees, improves leadership effectiveness, and supports business initiatives. It requires autonomous judgment, strong organization, communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office capability, and experience with Workday, Dynamics, workflow systems, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Leads dams engineering projects across the full asset lifecycle, including investigations, feasibility, design, construction support, operations, dam safety, surveillance, risk assessment, and technical reviews. Manages technical delivery, client relationships, proposals, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Provides engineering guidance, mentors junior staff, supports project outcomes, and helps grow Aurecon’s dams capability across South Australia and Victoria.
