Also supports commercial contracting, corporate governance, M&A integration, restructuring, and international expansion while advising on legal risk and business strategy.

Build and own Aura’s AI Intelligence Platform, designing scalable distributed systems that unify sensitive data and enable secure, privacy-preserving AI agents. Lead initiatives from architecture through production, make cross-stack technology decisions, establish security and operational best practices, and mentor engineers. The role focuses on Python, TypeScript, AWS, data platforms, AI-powered systems, and systems handling sensitive information.
