Supports regional and global PCB category strategies, strategic sourcing, supplier qualification, commercial negotiations, cost reduction, and supplier performance management. Manages PCB suppliers primarily across Asia, mitigates supply chain risks, maintains purchasing data in SAP, and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, and international purchasing teams. Requires technical PCB knowledge, negotiation skills, analytical ability, and cross-cultural communication.

Conduct EMC and electrical testing for automotive mobility products, operate and calibrate laboratory equipment, manage test plans and schedules, document results, analyze failures, support complaint resolution, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. The role requires familiarity with EMC standards, technical reporting, and coordination with system engineers and functional teams.

Manages regional sales for ATE brake friction and maintenance components, expands customer relationships, achieves sales targets, leads and develops the sales team, analyzes market trends, prepares management reports, demonstrates products, and represents the company at industry events. The role requires automotive braking expertise, strong communication and leadership skills, and frequent travel within the assigned region.
