Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, leavers, payroll cover, benefits administration, appraisals, training coordination, occupational health liaison, absence management, wellbeing and engagement activities, and HR projects while ensuring data quality and employment law compliance. Travel to other company and customer sites as required.

Support order entry, warehouse management, procurement and material planning using SAP (SD/MM). Maintain and analyze operational data, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and optimize logistics processes.

Design and architect automotive electronic hardware including analog and digital circuits and microcontroller architectures. Perform PSpice simulations, use Mathcad, schematic and PCB tools (e.g., Zuken), and validate designs against automotive bus protocols and test standards. Support product lifecycle activities and collaborate across teams.
