Lead regional customer product quality for multiple product families and plants. Drive customer-facing quality strategy, coordinate cross-functional investigations, manage warranty and field performance, implement corrective actions, and deploy continuous improvement and risk-mitigation activities to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven software solutions (RAG and agentic workflows) under senior guidance. Collaborate with local technical teams and data engineers, participate in agile ceremonies, support digital transformation projects, ensure performance, scalability and security, troubleshoot bugs and integration issues, document and escalate to senior staff.

Serve as primary HR partner for an assigned employee population at a 24-hour automotive manufacturing facility. Provide employee relations support, recruiting coordination, HR administration, training and competency management, compensation and benefits assistance, reporting and analytics, and continuous improvement. Partner with leaders, COEs, and HR Operations to ensure policy compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
