Supervise and optimize the flow of materials, products, and information across the supply chain. Lead logistics and warehouse activities, manage inventory accuracy and stock control, monitor KPIs, improve processes, and coach logistics teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a global manufacturing environment to maintain service excellence, support operational performance, and improve customer satisfaction.

Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, yield, cycle time, and cost improvements. Program and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, robotic, and industrial communication systems; analyze downtime and failure trends; execute preventive maintenance; manage spare parts; and support equipment qualification, NPI, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams while ensuring safety and compliance.

Manage transfer pricing activities, including restructuring and value-chain analyses, transfer pricing documentation, tax authority discussions, advance pricing agreements, dispute resolution, data analysis, and policy development. Advise group companies and support M&A and restructuring projects on transfer pricing matters across German and international operations.
