Acts as the HR partner for assigned functions, advising employees and managers on HR matters. Develops and implements HR strategies, processes, staffing plans, employee development initiatives, organizational changes, compensation reviews, retention measures, and KPI improvement actions. Collaborates with recruitment teams and Centers of Expertise while ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.

Posts and reconciles daily cash receipts, resolves unapplied payments and discrepancies, applies customer payments in SAP, manages invoices and customer portals, prepares account statements, supports collections documentation, processes credit and debit memos, archives accounting records, produces reports, and handles customer disputes.

Develop Windows and web applications for process automation, gather and document process and tool requirements, design data analysis pipelines, document data sources, maintain project timing plans and task schedules, and create Power BI reports. The role also requires meeting documentation, troubleshooting, cross-functional teamwork, and support for additional management-assigned tasks.
