Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned customer accounts as primary customer liaison: develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks; coordinate engineering, operations, and QA; track KPIs, report status, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead GM account growth by identifying and winning new business, managing customer relationships, supporting RFIs/RFQs and negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams for competitive solutions, handling pricing/forecasting, and representing the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Implement, operate, and improve the Compliance Management System by designing governance and controls, driving digitalization and AI-enabled automation, performing risk-based monitoring and reporting, coordinating audits, and interfacing with business, IT, and governance functions to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous improvement.
