Support planning and implementation of horticulture programs including greenhouse care, installation and maintenance of ornamentals and annuals, pesticide and fertilizer applications, pest scouting and treatments, inventory and record-keeping, grounds maintenance, equipment operation, and assisting with tournament flower programs and technical projects. Must perform physical tasks and select/conduct a departmental research project.

Lead implementation of the Community Impact strategic plan, manage grants and employee volunteer programs, build external partnerships, oversee events (including Masters-related initiatives), supervise an intern, manage budgets/vendors, and produce reports and communications to support ANGC's community investments.

Provide administrative support to HR leadership and staff, coordinate interviews and Tournament-related HR logistics, manage office operations and supplies, reconcile corporate card statements, assist with meetings/events, handle confidential employee information, and provide backup HR administrative support.
