Manage the event reporting and safety program, respond to safety events, facilitate debriefs and root cause analyses, analyze trends, support safety surveys, and collaborate across the organization to improve patient safety and quality.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership by managing complex priorities, sensitive information, communications, and logistics. Use independent judgment and discretion, collaborate with team members to support shared priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and occasionally work outside standard business hours.

Provide decentralized clinical pharmacy services across hospital units including ICU, ED, surgery, OB, nursery, and infusion center. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, verify prescriber orders, develop order sets and medication policies, evaluate medication use, educate staff, precept students, manage formulary, and participate on hospital committees. Provide onsite weekend coverage every fourth weekend.
